Since 1992, we have been a leading martial arts school in the Reggio Emilia area. We are committed to teaching martial arts while remaining faithful to the roots of this discipline, of this art form that shapes the mind and body, and helps us find harmony in life. In a world that seems to be increasingly stressful, we offer an oasis of calm and balance.

Martial arts are a tool for staying present and focused, even when you find yourself in the eye of the storm. It is this self-awareness that allows us to make the best decisions in stressful situations and defend ourselves when necessary. More than improving the external appearance, we focus on internal growth.

Sifu Maurone boasts martial experience and knowledge that led him to receive national and international recognition from federations and academies around the world. His adventure began at the age of 6 with Judo which led him to have excellent results at a competitive level , and then landed in the school of Master Chang Dsu Yao where he remained until he achieved his first Black belt, his desire to know and discover and above all to train does not stop and thanks to this he studies other systems until reaching of important qualifications such as Full Instructor in Philippine Kali and Indonesian Silat and in the famous style of Bruce Lee the Jun Fan Jeet Kune Do, in the Curriculum there are also 4 books on Martial Arts and many seminars held throughout, newspapers and interviews, much to made to deserve the "HALL OF FAME MARTIAL ART" award in 2014 from the Australian magazine "Taekwondo Magazine" as one of the best martial popularizers in the world.
